Glad to hear you're ok, but man I bet that got your heart rate up.

LMAO about the treadmill! I wonder how many calories your spike in heart rate burned?! :)

My daughter said "What's fondoody?" the last time she saw that commercial! I'm going to have to remember not to yawn when I'm on the treadmill later!

I totally agree about the fonduta thing! But I'll admit, it made me curious enough to try it when we went to Olive Garden on Sunday! It was delish-then I came home and looked at the nutritional info-never mind, SO not worth it!

Fonduta does sound like a dirty word, but Olive Garden rocks my socks off.

Oh no. Hope you're all good. I was thrown from my treadmill once, in the middle of a packed gym filled with college students. Yea, not so cool. lol.

Thanx for stopping by my blog. :)

Sounds like sumpin I would do on the treadmill! I have came mighty close to doing just that as a matter of fact! LOL Thanks for stopping by to say hello today. I am your latest follower! Have a great evening! :o)

Fonduta? Or fond of doody? It just doesn't sound appetizing to me at all.

I guess fondue wouldn't sound as appealing...or as Italian.

Who the heck wants chicken with their fondue anyway?

Thanks for visiting me xx

I once slipped on the treadmill and fell off the back...skinned my knees pretty badly as well as under my chin. Talk about "road rash"!!

The worse part was it happened at the YMCA, right in front of a yoga class in-progress. I got up and tried to act non-chalant about it, but I don't think they were buying it! LOL.

Yeah...I was just at the OG and took a pic of the kids cup because it said Gina Grape and I read it as va-gina if you know what I mean. I'm mental.
