Wordless Wednesday - Happy Cinco de Mayo

2010 My Nana's Best Tasting Salsa Challenge at Tempe Beach Park ...

People and tents ...

margaritas and chiles ...

sombreros and t-shirts ...
awards and costumes ...
steaming toilets and saucy salsa wenches ...
The sun was hot, the margaritas were cold and we were toasted inside and out. ;-D In other words, a good time was had by all!

Hi!
Thanks so much for visiting my blog 'Spacial Peepol'. You asked about how I captured the splash so thought I'd share the experience with you. :)
It was not done alone. My Son-in Law was throwing rocks into the lake in front of my camera for me. It was actually a little bit tough to catch it regardless, but finally the timing went well and I got it. I tried catching it several times, probably more than a half dozen times, before I got one that I really liked.

Thanks so much for your comment, I greatly appreciate the time you spend in visiting and leaving comments.

Love the Salsa challenge, sure looks like everyone had a lot of fun!

Have a great week!
