Great series of shots, this museum looks fantastic!
Wow, now you've put another place I've got to visit on my list. I think I could spend hours and hours there. Love that first guitar, but then again, I love all of this.
Great shots. I am dying to hear something played on that violin!
i want to go, I want to go, I want to go. what a cool place! we saw some great instruments at the Smithsonian including trumpets owned by Louis and Miles
Where is this place. It is awesome.
# Dazee - The MIM is in north Phoenix near a wonderful shopping center (Desert Ridge Marketplace) and hotel (JW Marriott Desert Ridge). We spent over 3 hours wandering through all the exhibits and had nearly worn ourselves out. Then we got to the Experience Gallery where you get to play instruments. What a blast. The noise level in there was eardrum splitting and we all revived and ran around like little kids to try everything. And the price for adults is only $15 a ticket. It's a great deal. You'd love it!
That looks like a fun time!
I actually started humming "imagine" when I saw the picture. I didn't even know I was doing it until hubby pointed out "what a great song". :D I love museums.
That looks so cool!! It would be so fun to visit there.
the in-laws live in the complex right behind the MIM.they took the son and he thinks it's the greatest museum ever.he has about 100 pictures.i haven't looked at them.but i love yours!
I love music..food,music,dance and some kids birthday party games are also necessary to make a birthday party memorable...as a musical competition...
